DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last Updated: October 24, 2026

TeraDownloader.tech respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the safe harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (Title 17 U.S.C. § 512, "DMCA"). It is our strict policy to respond promptly to clear, formal notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Important Notice Regarding File Hosting

Please Read Carefully Before Submitting a Notice:
TeraDownloader.tech is a technological client-side extraction tool. We do not host, store, cache, upload, or control any files, videos, documents, or content on our servers. All downloads are requested and transferred directly between the client's browser and the third-party cloud hosting servers (such as TeraBox / Flextech Inc.).

Because we do not store the infringing files, removing a link from TeraDownloader.tech does not delete the original file from the internet or from TeraBox servers. To remove the content at its source, you should submit a takedown notice directly to the file host (TeraBox Abuse Team).

However, to assist copyright holders, we will gladly block or blacklist any specific share URL from being processed by our tool upon receiving a valid notification.

2. How to Submit a Valid DMCA Notice

To file a valid copyright infringement notification with TeraDownloader.tech, please provide a written communication that includes substantially the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list of works).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, specifically including the exact TeraBox URL(s) or share links being processed.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit our agent to contact you, including your full legal name, company name, address, telephone number, and valid email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Designated Copyright Agent Contact
